• Identifying the customer’s goals with regard to energy efficiency and aesthetics.

• Surveying and analyzing all current light levels (for retrofit projects).

• Working closely with architects to identify energy savings (for new construction projects).

• Providing solutions and applications for each unique area.

• Identifying opportunities to provide clients with optimum control over their lighting environment.

• Working with energy suppliers to research and select the best incentives for the customer.

• Providing an ROI (return on investment) summary of calculations based on real savings.

During Construction

• Dedicated on-site project management team.

• Coordinating with on-site team every step of the way.

• Expediting completion of energy conservation measures (ECM).

• Providing client with status reports as needed.

• Coordinating and organizing all material deliveries.

• Coordinating and organizing the removal and recycling of used items with proper documentation.

Post Construction

• Providing an overall summary of total savings calculations with all supporting documentation.

• Providing an “As-Built Document” at the end of the project which includes the following:

  • Warranty information on all products used.

  • Recycling certificates on all products recycled.

  • Product specification sheets on all products used.

  • Summary of the entire project.

• Providing a point of contact at the end of the project for any additional support needed.
